Students at Mardan have the time and space to specifically devote themselves to artistic expression during biweekly art classes. During these special small group sessions, students are introduced to several different artistic mediums and are instructed in various techniques, including sculpture, drawing, painting, and graphic design.

Art class also becomes a unique opportunity for students to convey feelings in positive ways through their art and participation in guided group discussions that take place during the creative process.
