Teachers at the Mardan School often use a project based learning approach in their classrooms. This method of teaching embeds academic learning into motivating tasks to engage and challenge our students. These multifaceted projects draw from many different domains of learning, allowing students to reach several learning goals at the same time. Students are also able to concurrently practice organizational, time management, critical thinking, and peer relationship skills. Specific projects vary from class to class, drawing their origins from the individual interests and strengths of each student and teacher. We at Mardan are exceptionally proud of the fantastic work that our students produce and feel privileged to showcase their many talents on this site. |
